Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 t. salt
  • 2 t. celery salt
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1/2 t. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a ziplock bag.
  3. Shake chicken breasts in dry mixture.
  4. Brown chicken breasts.
  5. Place browned chicken breasts in a 9 x 9 Pyrex and pour soy sauce/pineapple juice mixture over the chicken (retain pineapple chunks for adding later).
  6. Bake for 45 min covered.
  7. Add pineapple chunks and bake for 10 minutes, uncovered.
