Ingredients
- 20 oz. petite peas, uncooked
- 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 3 T. toasted almonds
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. sour cream mixed with
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- Optional: add to taste:
- Spice Island Beaubondeau
- Fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Lemon Pepper
Instructions
- Mix dressing an toss with all ingredients.
- Chill.
- Add parsley around bowl and serve on a lettuce leaf.
