Ingredients

  • 20 oz. petite peas, uncooked
  • 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 3 T. toasted almonds
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. sour cream mixed with
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • Optional: add to taste:
  • Spice Island Beaubondeau
  • Fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • Lemon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix dressing an toss with all ingredients.
  2. Chill.
  3. Add parsley around bowl and serve on a lettuce leaf.
  4. Array
