Ingredients

  • 1 lb flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-2 t. salt
  • 1/2 pint water

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and eggs and water in a bowl.
  2. Use spatzle press(same as a ricer) for pressing the dough into a pot of boiling water with salt and oil.
  3. The spatzle are well cooked when they come back up on the surface.
  • 1 lb flour

  • 1-2 t. salt
