Ingredients
- 1 lb flour
- 4 eggs
- 1-2 t. salt
- 1/2 pint water
Instructions
- Mix flour and eggs and water in a bowl.
- Use spatzle press(same as a ricer) for pressing the dough into a pot of boiling water with salt and oil.
- The spatzle are well cooked when they come back up on the surface.
- 1 lb flour
