Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten together
  • 1 c. mashed bananas
  • 4 T. sour milk
  • 1 t. soda
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs.
  2. Mix and add bananas and beat well.
  3. Add baking soda to sour milk; add to mixture.
  4. Add flour that has been sifted with baking powder and salt then add the nuts.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees.
  6. Makes two large loaves.
