“Best Ever” Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bag TriColor Pasta *
- 3/4 cup Sun Dried Tomatos *
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 1/2 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 can Black Olives
- 2 Scallions
- 2 Carrots
- 5 Radishes
- Good Seasons Salad Dressing made with Balsalmic Vinegar and Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta Al Dente w/Olive oil in water. Drain & rinse with cold water.
- Toss lightly with 1/4 cup dressing. Chill.
- Cut all veggies and chicken into bite size pieces.
- Mix thoroughly with full dressing mix. Chill and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
- Drain dressing before serving.
