Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 T. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. water or milk
  • Topping:
  • 1/3 c. Bisquick?
  • 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 2 T. butter, firm
  • Mix until crumbly.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle Topping over the top.
  3. Bake in a greased 9-inch round pan at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.

    An easy quick coffee cake. Best served warm. You can add chopped apples or pears too!
