Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • Comstock red cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Cream cream cheese and sugar till smooth.
  2. Add eggs and 1 tsp.
  3. Vanilla.
  4. Cream well.
  5. Place vanills wafer in cupcake paper or foil cup.
  6. Add approximately 1 1/2 Tbsp.
  7. Of mixture.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes.
  9. Cool.
  10. Dot with red cherry pie filling or jam.
  11. Makes 18-20.
