Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
- 8 to10 chicken thighs (bone in and skin on)
- 2 T. oil
- cracked black pepper
- bay leaf
- soy sauce
- white vinegar
- water
- green bell peppers
Instructions
- In a large saucepan brown chicken in oil until skin is just slightly cooked
- add
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 or 3 bay leaves
- 1 TBLS black pepper
- Cook on low heat for 35 min the add bell pepper and cook another 5 to 10 min.
- before serving I take the skin off.
