Ingredients

  • 2 T. Butter
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 1 lb. Chicken
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Carrots, diced
  • 4 Stalks Celery, sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 t. Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 t. each...Cumin/Chili Powder/Salt
  • 40 oz. Chicken Broth
  • 6 Corn Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Saute chicken in butter & oil (remove & reserve).
  2. Saute vegetables & garlic.
  3. Add chicken back in. Mix flour w/2 cups & broth and add to mixture.
  4. Add remaining broth, tomatoes, lemon juice & spices.
  5. Heat just to boiling.
