Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 bags cranberries
- Add 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. water
- Then add
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 t. cardamom
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1/4 t. salt and pepper
- 1/4 t. allspice
Instructions
- Mix all together and bring to boil.
- Reduce to simmer and cook one more hour.
- Great with turkey and ham.
