Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1T Knox gelatin, softened in 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 t. curry powder
  • 6 oz. Crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Combine soup and cream cheese over heat.
  2. Stir to remove lumps.
  3. Remove from heat and add all ingredients.
  4. Mix well by hand.
  5. Pour into a greased mold and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  6. Remove from mold and serve with crackers (Ritz)
