Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. Cream cheese
- 1T Knox gelatin, softened in 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 t. curry powder
- 6 oz. Crabmeat
Instructions
- Combine soup and cream cheese over heat.
- Stir to remove lumps.
- Remove from heat and add all ingredients.
- Mix well by hand.
- Pour into a greased mold and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Remove from mold and serve with crackers (Ritz)
