Ingredients

  • Sift:
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 t. salt
  • 6-7 t. cocoa
  • 2 t. soda
  • Make three holes in dry and pour in each:
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 2 t. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cover and wait for bubbles to form.
  2. Add 2 cups cold water.
  3. Mix on low speed. Pour in prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes.
