Crunchy Rolling Pin Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 6 c. of flour
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar Add eggs.
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
- Sift together flour, salt and soda.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Add water up to 1 T. to make dough pliable to roll out.
- Roll out thin.
- Use cookie cutters for shapes.
- Sprinkle with colored sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees until the color turns pinkish (not brown).
- Remove them, Cool them and try not to cool them all!
