Ingredients

  • 15 oz pumpkin
  • 1 can fat free evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. egg substitute or 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 3 t. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 T. Stevia

Instructions

  1. Combine and pour into a sprayed 9 inch.
  2. Bake 400 15 minutes and 325 for 45 minutes

whole pie = 8 points; 1/8th = 1 point
