Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 15 oz pumpkin
- 1 can fat free evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. egg substitute or 3 egg whites
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 T. Stevia
Instructions
- Combine and pour into a sprayed 9 inch.
- Bake 400 15 minutes and 325 for 45 minutes
Notes
whole pie = 8 points; 1/8th = 1 point
