Ingredients
- 2 Lb. Flank Steak
- 3/4 C. Canola Oil
- 1/2 C. Soy Sauce
- 2 T. Honey
- 2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 t. Grated fresh ginger
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 3 Scallions, sliced (tops included)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients (except steak) in a blender.
- Place steak in large zip lock bag...pour marinade over.
- Refrigerate 1-2 days, turning twice a day.
- BBQ over hot coals 5 min.
- per side for medium rare.
