Ingredients

  • 2 Lb. Flank Steak
  • 3/4 C. Canola Oil
  • 1/2 C. Soy Sauce
  • 2 T. Honey
  • 2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t. Grated fresh ginger
  • 1 t. minced garlic
  • 3 Scallions, sliced (tops included)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients (except steak) in a blender.
  2. Place steak in large zip lock bag...pour marinade over.
  3. Refrigerate 1-2 days, turning twice a day.
  4. BBQ over hot coals 5 min.
  5. per side for medium rare.
