Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 t. worchester sauce
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 4 lbs ground beef or ground turkey

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Then mix in meat.
  3. Roll into 1" balls.
  4. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Freeze in meal size portions, 30-40 meatballs.
