Layered Greek-inspired Dip

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 c. hummus
- 1 c. chopped cucumber
- 1 c. chopped tomato
- 1/2 c. chopped pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 c. crumbed feta cheese
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- Pita or tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, seasoning and garlic with electric mixer until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into a pie plate.
- Spread hummus over cream cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (can be prepared a day ahead).
- Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese and green onion.
