Ingredients

  • 1st bowl:
  • 1 small package lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. boiling water, let cool and then add 3/4 c. oil and i T lemon extract
  • 2nd bowl:
  • 4 eggs well beaten
  • 3rd bowl:
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • Topping:
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 T. lemon juice and zest of a lemon
  • Mix sugar ad lemon juice until smooth.

Instructions

  1. Combine first two bowls into the cake mix and mix well
  2. Pour into a well graded and floured 9 x 13 pan
  3. Bake at 350°For about 30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched
  4. Array
  • 1st bowl:
