Ingredients

  • 1 c. shortening + 2 T. oil
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Mix all together.
  • Add 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 t. soda
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 t. salt

Instructions

  1. Bake 350 degrees 10-12 minutes
  • 1 c. shortening + 2 T. oil

  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Mix all together.
