  • I successfully bake salmon and want to keep notes of what I did:
  • wrapped in parchment. baked 400 for 20minutes.
  • tried 2 ways:
  • salt, pepper, basil, lemon slices
  • teriyaki sauce.
  • *I loved the teriyaki best with cocos sauce for dipping. Brian like lemon best. both were really great.

    I used a sprinkling of sesame seeds and Janet’s favorite salmon seasoning from Fred Meyer! Baked it just as you suggested. Perfect!
