Ingredients

  • 2 Cubes Butter
  • 1/2 c. Splenda
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Chopped Pecans
  • 1 t. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream room temperature butter, work in sugar until well blended; add vanilla, nuts and flour.
  2. Shape small pieces of dough into crescents or balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with Splenda while still hot from oven.
  6. Store in airtight tin.
