Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1/2 t. Black pepper
  • 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 t. Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix all the together.
  2. Marinate your round steak for at least an hour and up to six hours in refrigerator.
  3. This marinade will work on any less-than-tender cut of beef.
