Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Qt. Fresh Strawberries (Reserve half, mash other half)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 T. Cornstarch
  • Baked Pie Crust

Instructions

  1. Cook mashed berries and sugar 5 minutes.
  2. Stir until clear.
  3. Add 2 Tbs. lemon juice.
  4. Fill baked crust with whole berries.
  5. Pour cooked berries over berries in crust.
  6. Chill.
  7. Top with whipped cream when ready to serve.
