Sweet & Salty Camelized Figs with Ricotta
Super simple – yet mind blowingly delicious! Serves 2.

Ingredients
7 figs, halved
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. fresh ricotta
1/8 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
Maldon, or other finishing salt
Instructions
Add honey to skillet and heat over medium.
Place figs, cut side down, into the skillet. Ensure they are getting coated in honey.
In a shallow bowl or plate, zhoosh the ricotta and sprinkle with salt.
When warm and carmelized, transfer figs to ricotta, cut side up.
Sprinkle with pistachos and serve immediately.
