Ingredients

  • 3-4 Chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
  • 1/3 C. Flour
  • 1 t. Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 t. Freshly ground pepper
  • 4 T. Butter, melted
  • 1/4 C. Honey
  • 3 T. Lemon juice
  • 2 T. Soy sauce
  • 2 Slices minced ginger (about l tsp.)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly with flour mixture.
  3. Place chicken in a shallow, buttered baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°For 20 minutes.
  5. Mix sauce of melted butter, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Continue baking, brushing occasionally with sauce for another 20 minutes, until chicken is tender.
