Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
- 1/3 C. Flour
- 1 t. Garlic Salt
- 1/4 t. Freshly ground pepper
- 4 T. Butter, melted
- 1/4 C. Honey
- 3 T. Lemon juice
- 2 T. Soy sauce
- 2 Slices minced ginger (about l tsp.)
Instructions
- Mix flour, garlic salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken thoroughly with flour mixture.
- Place chicken in a shallow, buttered baking dish.
- Bake at 350°For 20 minutes.
- Mix sauce of melted butter, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger.
- Pour over chicken.
- Continue baking, brushing occasionally with sauce for another 20 minutes, until chicken is tender.
