Ingredients

  • 1 Envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. + 2 T. water
  • 1 Pkg. Turkey Store lean ground turkey
  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 T. chopped parsley
  • 1 clove chopped garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine soup mix and 1/4 c. water.
  2. Mix in other ingredients.
  3. Shape into patties and freeze until ready to BBQ.
  4. Do not defrost burgers before cooking.
  5. Alternate method: Combine 3 Tbs.
  6. soup mix with 2 Tbs. water.
  7. Add turkey, egg white, parsley and garlic and mix lightly.
  8. Form into patties.
  9. Baste with remaining soup mix combined with 1/4 c. water when cooking burgers.
