Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 2 large egg(s)
  • 2-3 large carrot(s)
  • 1/2 T. onion(s)
  • 4 T. dried parsley
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 c. canned tomato sauce
  • 2-3 T. ketchup
  • Carrots (1/2 c. grated).

Instructions

  1. Beat egg.
  2. Mix everything together, except ketchup. Form into a loaf.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 16 servings 3.5 oz. = 2 points
