- 1 package meal replacement
- 1 t. Torani sugar free syrup
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1 1/2 T. egg beaters
- 1 Stevia packet
- 1 tsp cinnamon or less
- Can add 1/4 tsp of vanilla
- 3-3 1/2 min
