Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken (or 3 breasts)
  • 2 c. seedless purple grapes
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c . cream
  • 1 t. curry powder
  • 1/4 c. chutney

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, grapes, celery and nuts. Chill in refrigerator.
  2. Mix together mayo, cream, curry and chutney. Add to chicken mixture.
  3. Better if prepared a couple hours before serving or overnight.
  4. We served it with croissants and a blueberry, strawberry and banana salad.
