  2. 4 lbs. ground round
  3. Whole chicken roasted
  4. 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  5. Cilantro
  6. 1/2 t. garlic powder
  7. 12 oz tomato sauce
  8. 3-12 oz egg noodles (x 3)
  9. 16 oz. nonfat cottage cheese
  10. 2-16 oz light sour cream
  11. 16 oz. cottage cheese
  12. large bag cheddar/jack cheese
  13. 6 Sweet Italian sausage
  14. Onion
  15. Head of garlic
  16. 2 bell peppers
  17. 2 cans chicken broth (11 oz. each)
  18. 1 small can diced green chilis
  19. 2 c. cheddar/jack cheese
  20. Can of corn
  21. 1 t. cumin
  22. 4 cans white beans
  23. Fresh cilantro (to taste)
  24. Sour cream
  25. Corn bread mix
  26. 15 oz Can Creamed corn
  27. 2 lbs (about 2 large) eggplants
  28. 1 28-oz can whole peeled tomatoes
  29. 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
  30. 4 large eggs, beaten
  31. 1 1/2 lbs of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  32. 1 cup grated high quality Parmesan cheese
  33. 1 packed cup fresh basil leaves
